Welcome to 2nd grade

 

This year you will have plenty of opportunities to share about yourself so I am going to take this opportunity to share some fun facts about myself!J  I am originally from Antigo, Wisconsin.  So I know what it’s like to live in very cold weather! In order to go outside for recess I had to put on a snowsuit, hat, boots, and mittens each day, during the winter. I can tell you that I’m glad we don’t have to worry about that in Arkansas!

While I was in high school and college, I was involved in many activities.  These are some of the activities that I was involved in:  volleyball, softball, dance, Forensics, Mock Trial, Spirit club, Spanish club, school yearbook, and Youth Ministry.

Now that I’m not in school anymore I love to go skiing (downhill), cook, raise Monarch caterpillars (which we will learn about this year), and read when I find the time.  All right, that’s enough about me for now! We will have the whole school year to really get to know each other! Yippee!!
